Shipping & Delivery
zivanka HAIR provides free shipping across India on all orders above ₹1,500. All of the packages are shipped out from our unit in Delhi, India.
Our parent company is TressOpulence HNR Pvt Ltd, Delhi. We do not rely on anyone for the products we supply. All of the hair packaged out is thoroughly checked multiple times, to ensure that there won't be any chances of return. It takes 1-5 business days to process your order and if it's any of the clip-in sets/ volumizers it takes 3-4 weeks to process (unless specified otherwise) and we ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery but do process orders even on Saturdays.
Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

SHIPPING POLICY
To ship our packages, we use express shipping. All orders take 1-2 weeks to process and if it's any of the clip-in sets/ volumizers, it may take 3-4 weeks to process. All international orders require 4-6 weeks of processing time. Shipping confirmation and tracking are available via email as soon as your order ships.
If any domestic shipments are returned back to us for reasons like customer unavailable, wrong/ incomplete shipping details or customer rejected the parcel, there will be a deduction of ₹200 and a store credited is issued for the remaining balance.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
zivanka HAIR is not responsible for any fees (customs fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery.
All our international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from our warehouse in Delhi, India. This means that these fees are not included in the price of your purchase on our website. Therefore, you may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. These fees are not collected by zivanka HAIR. The charges need to be paid in order to collect the package.
We are NOT liable for any shipments rejected by the customer and will not be accepting any returns for them.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the address entered is a correct one and has all the information required to deliver it at the right address. Since zivanka HAIR process the order as quick as possible, it becomes very difficult to cancel or change the order within the short time period. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at wecare@zivankahair.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED
All orders we send out, come with a tracking number. If the tracking says that the order has been delivered and you haven't received it, please contact the local your courier services who can help investigate the issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
